Our factory employs around 50 professionals, and with our trusted subcontractor network in Latvia, we scale up to 150–200 people in production. We treat subcontracting as part of our own production process, maintaining full control of materials, workflow and quality. Our annual production capacity is approximately 110.000–150.000 pieces.

Our pattern-making team uses lastes patter making (CAD) software to prepare every model with precision before production begins.
We also provide full technical specifications and bring your designs to life in close collaboration with your team.

To reduce fabric waste, we use professional lay marker software integrated with pattern making.
We offer both expert manual cutting and modern computer-controlled cutting for accuracy and efficiency.

Before production begins, our sample team works closely with our pattern master to create samples for your approval. Only after your confirmation do we proceed with full production.

Our sewing lines ensure consistent quality and on-time production. We follow your technical instructions in detail and apply all brand labels and trims as specified.

Our factory employs around 50 skilled professionals who ensure efficient production, on-time delivery and consistent high quality.
Together with our selected subcontractors, our total capacity scales to 150–250 people, and we maintain the same strict quality control across all production locations.
